Testori Americas
This massive project consisted of erecting a huge 52,600-square-foot, pre-engineered and conventional steel building for Testori Americas, located in Slemon Park, P.E.I. One portion of the building is a internationally renowned manufacturing plant making interior fit-ups for fast trains and airplanes. The other portion is a two-storey office space measuring 6,000 square feet on each floor. This substantial project also included a paved parking lot with 100 parking spaces as well as associated site work.
This project was done through the design/build process.
Northport Inn
We are extremely proud to have been able to build this absolutely beautiful, 14-unit, two-storey inn resting by the tranquil shore near the Alberton Harbour. This classy hotel, which measures approximately 11,000 square feet, was built as
a seasonal motel mostly to accommodate the tourism market. The stylish inn is constructed mostly of wood but also integrates various other materials.
North Rustico Interpretive Centre
This highly interesting project consisted of erecting a quaint 4,000-square-foot building on the North Rustico Harbour. This rustic centre was designed to resemble buildings that were popular back in the early 1900s and is therefore made of cedar wood battens and cedar shingles. It also has an eye-catching, interior wood finish. The attractive building serves as a handcraft shop and provides public washrooms for the Rustico Harbour area. This complex is mostly used during the tourist season.
Summerside West End Boardwalk
This much-talked-about project consisted of building a visually appealing wooden boardwalk approximately half a mile long, complete with landscaping and kiosk rest areas overlooking the public beach area in the west end of Summerside. This project has been extremely successful for the City of Summerside, especially since beach enhancements that were also carried out. The boardwalk is being used constantly and has become a favourite, year-round walking path for countless residents and tourists. In fact, it has become so popular that the City has begun planning for a much-longer extension of the boardwalk that would stretch from one end of the city to the other.
Community Connections
Here’s another project we are extremely proud of. The Community Connections project consisted of constructing a 15,000-square-foot wooden structure, complete with a hardy plank siding on the outside. This building houses carpentry, upholstery, painting and furniture refinishing workshops for the organisation’s workers/clients, which are all mentally challenged individuals. It also houses the staff’s offices, a cafeteria and a retail area. This much-hailed project included all site work, the parking lot and associated work. Contributing to the centre’s attractiveness is its location: it is situated smack-dab in the centre of a Y intersection, right at the western entrance of the city’s downtown area.
Wellington Esso
This project consisted of building a new gas bar and convenience store for Wellington Esso in Wellington. The building consists of a 5,000-square-foot, wooden structure, complete with a huge canopy over the gas pumps and a variety of eye-catching finishes. The store’s coffee shop is equipped with a drive-through system.
Lane’s Farm
This Abram’s Village family farm building consists of a 6,000-square-foot wooden structure complete with steel siding finishes. It features an attached, covered-in manure storage tank. This large building is used mainly for winter ice activities but also serves for various other community events throughout the year.

Located in Slemon Park, Holland House is a large lodging facility for students of the Atlantic Police Academy. Malpeque House (2004-2005)
Malpeque House is another 25,000-square-foot, wooden building similar to Holland House and also located at Slemon Park. Again, our contract involved a complete demolition and refitting of the building’s interior. This now-attractive building has become a popular four-star motel owned and operated by Slemon Park Corporation.
Slemon Park (various contracts)
Slemon Park, a former Canadian Forces Base, was transformed into an industrial in 1991 after the closure of CFB Summerside. Our services have been retained many times to carry out contracts for a multitude of the park’s tenants, including some yearly work for Slemon Park Corporation.
